The frame is made with 1 inch diameter doubled walled brite silver marine grade 10 um anodized aluminum tubing. Not the traditional 7/8ths tubing that most competitors like Attwood’s, Carver, Overtons and Taylormade use.
The cross members are all solid tubing with no joins and are attached to the side posts via a
5 inch aluminum post that is 3/16ths thick giving the frame superior strength and rigidity.
All joints are drilled and riveted with marine grade rivets or drilled and bolted with 316 stainless bolts which again provide greater strength and life versus the common practice of “press fittings” that can easily fail.
The deck hinges, jaw slides and stop caps are annealed black nylon 6 to give superior performance and life.

All our bimini tops are made from 600 denier 100% polyester that is PU coated twice to provide an international ISO standard 105-BO2 ultraviolet rating of 5 which gives the tops very long life and performance.
Double needled seems are sewn 4-ply for extra strength and no raw edges. Only marine grade polyester thread is used in the stitching for superior performance against UV damage and wear and tear.
Socks like rear support arms are included and are made to the same standard as the tops featuring a high performance heavy duty marine grade nylon zip.
